We believe that our work is our mission. And we try to keep this motto to the fullest. It was no different in our cooperation on a unique project of the first passive apartment building in Slovakia - GREEN ATRIUM in Trnava.

We take it for granted that we approach every order with a great deal of professionalism, flexibility and determination. However, in the case of this construction, we were fully aware that its implementation also has a broader social aspect.

The idea of ​​ecological architecture is no longer perceived as a manifestation of the fashion wave. Properly and efficiently designed "green" building not only protects the environment, but also saves costs for its users.

The GREEN ATRIUM apartment building is built on the site of a dilapidated building of a printing house from the 1970s. More than 90% of the material from the original construction was recycled. And so the emphasis on durability and ease of maintenance, which also contributes to reducing the burden on the environment, was a priority for Ing. Arch. Miroslav Marek when choosing new materials.
That is why he decided to reach for our products. The railing filling on balconies and loggias is made of perforated sheet metal with round holes Rv 20 - 28. It is the material that is characterized not only by its durability, functionality, safety, but especially by long life and easy maintenance. And these are the crucial properties of ecological buildings. A simple, conservative, architectural detail was achieved by galvanizing and white paint.

It is the combination of warm wood, rough sheet metal, brittle glass and greenery that creates a balanced and neutral design, which is the basic hallmark of sustainable buildings.

The construction of this apartment building is not only a milestone in green architecture, but especially a symbol of housing of the future. And we are glad that we were able to participate in its implementation.
